Worst service to use - was a customer for 2 years. Ended up getting all my money locked in my account without access to it, due to them not sending a card in time when my previous one expired. Used to be a great service but deteriorated significantly over the years. Ended up two whole weeks without access to any of my money, with bill payments failing and unable to pay rent. Disgusting customer service that sound like AI bots more than human. Avoid at all costs, at risk of losing your money!

This bank should be closed, Every time I have to beg for my own money, Transfers take weeks and I don't know if my transaction will ever happen or will they ever give my money back. I used to encourage people to use this but not anymore. The customer service will just apologise and will try to say the same stuff in different ways to waste your time. Please don't download this app. And the 5star ratings here are fake. It's either by the team or someone who is new and have not seen the truth.

Not reliable, your money just disappear. My wife made a transfer to me twenty days ago and the money has never arrived. When I ask for information, they just apologize and ask me to wait. What's more, the transfer was between two Money Jar accounts
